As someone who has used multiple pre workout powders over the years I’m always looking for a new one when the effects start to ween off after using them for a while. As a firefighter I decided to give this stuff a try since it was reportedly created by firefighters. This stuff seems to last way too long! I cannot use it for afternoon or evening workouts. I can only use it for early morning workouts. The jitteriness seems to last for hours for me. The flavor is awesome though!

It does the job; providing clean energy without feeling jittery. Torch helped me to remain focused throughout my workouts and I was able to work for a greater amount of time.

Watermelon flavor tasks great. I’ve used Blue Raz before and loved the energy and push to make that workout even better... now the watermelon! Even better. Great product.
