I've used bleach products a few times and it was always brassy and orange and just looked like crap. I bought this along with some 20 developer and some purple shampoo and a toner mask. About 2 months ago I dyed my hair burgundy and then about 3 weeks ago I tried to put a dark blue over that and I was trying to get a certain purple color so I finally said screw it I'm going to bleach it but try to do it the best way that I can without killing my hair. This was one application process and it lifted it almost completely! I still have a few dark spots but it's not the product's fault it's my fault because I missed a few spots and didn't get it all evenly. 10 out of 10 would recommend.
