broken on surface near hole backside also having cracks uneven surface seems something like solidified glue scratches all over frame overall very poor quality

The inside corner of the carrom board is not finished perfectly .poor quality .but shipping is very fast.

Very good product, good finishing and very good customer service.

Its totally unbalanced and there are little cracks on the inner and outer surface.

The carrom board that I ordered was lost in transit. But to my surprise, the seller responded immediately and resent the item from India which I received today, on the 6th day after shipment! When I opened the package, I found a well-finished product; and the material seems strong and durable! The package also contained coins and a nice striker. As an extra, I received a small packet of carrom powder. Honestly, I would like to give the seller a six star review (unfortunately, not possible)!

The quality is very poor with rough surface. The surface being poor, it is difficult to play at all. I had to additionally try to apply some Lacquer and stuff to make it smooth but even then, it is not good. the hole corners are uneven so the striker doesn't move smoothly.

I have order product, first time i have received damaged product without coins as damaged packing and immediately returned. By second time received good product with no defective, including coins box. My opinion on this product is 'Value for Money', and Coins are made up of plastic, as expected wooden coin box.

Classic carrom board little damage is done from shipping but only to the edges surface is fine👍👍👍
