I picked up the Parrox She Shines Set for my wife, and she’s liked it so far. The combination of Biotin, Keratin, and collagen seems to have helped her hair and nails look stronger and healthier. The Corti-Smooth blend with Ashwagandha and L-Theanine appears to support her focus and calm throughout the day. The Myo-Inositol formula with DIM and Vitex also seems to align with her wellness goals. The capsules are easy to take, the ingredients are clean, and having a variety of supportive elements in one bundle is super convenient. Based on her experience, I’d say it’s worth considering for anyone interested in natural wellness and graceful aging.

Love this bundle of supplements! First there are 37 ingredients in them including collagen, biotin, quercrtin, hyaluronic acid, MSM, a mushroom blend, chaste tree, keratin, bioperine; and inositol to name my favorites. Since I started taking them I’ve noticed my hair is growing faster, my nails have become harder, my menstrual symptoms have also reduced, and my joints ache less. Love that they are made at a GMP certified facility for safety and has no aftertaste.

I have been taking each of these supplements as directed since the day I received them. I have some things to share about my experience. First off- I'm speaking of all 3 of these supplements as all were taking in conjunction with the other. In that case I can't say exactly what came from what. Anyhow I have seen benefits and things I'm happy about since taking these. It's took all of 2 weeks to start noticing anything. First off my skin just looks more suple as well as refreshed. Sorta bouncy and glowy looking. I love that. I made an effort to drink more water over the last month as well. My moods have been more on a a steady and even keel. I know everyone is thankful for that. I am! My nails have been breaking less and less. I am certain I've lost 3 or so inches off my waist. Mostly from water weight and not being bloated. The way I haven't been bloated and not having any urgent stomach upsets or issues. I'm contributing to these as I've done nothing different otherwise. My cravings and appetite has been surprised tremendously, as a result of that I've lost pounds along with inches as well. I've had a more regulated potty schedule and elimination has been done with ease. These capsules are a little large but easy to swallow. Be sure to drink plenty of fluids while taking these and always talk with your doctor and most importantly listen to your body and follow your intuition. I had a few friends say that taking all 3 of these at same time seems to be a bit much of some of the herbs that happened to be in each supplement. So having labs done is sorta ideal if possible before and maybe after or during taking.

This is an interesting supplement set. I am generally a fan of a supplement having more ingredients, and these three together offer a lot. I mainly chose the set for the Corti Smooth because it contains Rhodiola Rosea and Ashwagandha, both of which I have found to work well for me. I'm also thrilled with the Collagen supplement that features numerous types. I have been taking Collagen for years and love it, so I'm excited about this new version that offers multiple types. The Myo Inositol has some ingredients I like and often take, but it also contains a lot of B vitamins, which my doctor has suggested I avoid since my levels were too high. The pills are not too large and are easy to swallow. I think it's a good amount for the cost. The set is a 30-day supply. Overall, I like them and do recommend them.
