This is a good evening tea - I actually drink it AFTER eating instead of to suppress hunger. The kick of cinnamon keeps me from wanting dessert.

Looking for something to curb my appetite. Love the taste, and it was a delicious alternative to my usual tea and coffee, but didn’t curb my appetite as much as I was hoping for!

Highly recommend! I like the flavor a lot on its own but it's also a good tea to mix with other black teas like the almond vanilla or passionfruit papaya. I can't say that it has helped with weight loss but I haven't gained weight so there's that. I also like the packaging, it keeps the tea fresh from what I can tell. Also I'm a big fan of not having to deal with a tea bag string. All in all this is my favorite morning tea and considering I have about 25 teas to choose from I feel that is saying a lot about how good this tea is!
