Classic 9cm / 3.5" Paring Knife, Stainless Steel Razor Sharp Blade, Full Tang Riveted Handle, Dishwasher Safe

I am very pleased with the quality and sharpness of the stellar Sabatier 3.5" knife. I have purchased several slightly less expensive knives which lasted about 12 months before either the handle degrading or upon trying to sharpen the blade it becomes pitted and jagged. I expect this knife to last far longer and I will replace my other knives as they wear out with others in the stellar Sabatier range. Well worth the little extra spent.

Great little knife, although had to buy a new one because the blade snapped on the old one. That being said it was 4 years old.

Bought three of these to replace one that had broken after years - husband dropping it on a hard floor did not help it!! A really useful little knife for everything from vegetables to fruit. They are strong, sharp and really versatile.

At the price it's OK. Spend more and get better.

a very good quality paring knife

Initially very pleased with these knives ( I had bought three) - but after putting them in for their first clean in the dishwasher there were rust spots appearing on the blades. The packaging labels them as "dishwasher safe" - so I was disappointed to see this happen after the very first wash.
