A beautifully creamy, soft blue cheese.
An absolutely gorgeous cheese, if you like blue cheese.This cheese is very like Cambozola, although the flavour is not so 'mature'.It's a full fat, super creamy soft blue cheese.It's one of my favourite cheeses, and particularly fine on a plain water biscuit.It made from cow's milk with added cream. With a 42% fat content it's quite high, but that's why it is so soft and creamy.The flavour of the blue is certainly there, but it's not in any way a strong cheese.Even people who say they don't like blue cheese, soon fall for this one.Highly recommended.I hope you found this review helpful.
