Love it! Started 30 Day Evolution using a band I already had but I'm glad I bought this one. It stays in place and is very comfortable to wear. It definitely makes a difference, having that extra resistance. And I can't say enough good things about P.volve. In 3 weeks (the 2 week beginner program and the first week of the 30 day), I am seeing results. I have new definition in my abs and thighs, and my er...assets are definitely more lifted. I’m only giving this 3 stars because it snapped during my workout. I’ve had it 4 months. I contacted Amazon and they refunded me so I could purchase the band again. It’s not Amazons fault and they took care of my situation. Thank you
