This air conditioner is amazing! Our conservatory was soooo hot and I really didn't want to spend out on putting in a full air conditioning system. This mobile unit does the job brilliantly, plus I have the option of moving it around the house if I choose to when needed.The unit has three modes, air-con, Dehumidify and Fan. I have mainly used the air con mode and it is very fast to cool the room. I was concerned about the cost to run it, but this unit is A rated and doesn't seem to have pushed up daily use on the smart meter.The unit came with very clear instructions, but it is simple to use. I think that the Sleep and timer function are a great benefit too, not to mention the remote control which allows me to control everything from the now cool comfort of my armchair. It has made the conservatory a room that we can use again and I am so pleased.My only concern initially was the noise level, but I soon got used to this and it is not too bad once it gets going. At least it shows it is working well and has the power to do the job required.I actually think it looks like a Star Wars droid with the blue light, and is certainly not an ugly item in the corner of the room to look at.It was very well packaged too - and there is clear advice to leave it standing for 24 hours before using it after transit, so please make sure that you do this!Very happy with my purchase, and highly recommended!

This is an excellent aircon unit. It was purchased to cool the upstairs of a house that gets very warm in the summer months. The unit is not too loud and has great airflow allowing it to rapidly cool even a large space. The device is also very energy efficient so is cheaper to run than a older device we had.The dehumidifier is also extremely useful as we occasionally use a tumble dryer upstairs and it's great at pulling the moisture from the air. The included drain hose allows you to easily drain to a external container making it easy to empty.The unit is very small and quite narrow so can fit in tight spaces, albeit you must leave 12" front and back for airflow. The sleep function allows you to turn off the LED's so the device doesn't light up your room at night and runs the fans at a lower speed.The unit was easy to setup and worked flawlessy from the off. Do make sure not to run it within the first 12 hours after delivery as they recommend you let the oil in the system to settle. I'm happy with the unit and would recommend it to family and friends.

This air con unit has been a lifesaver during the recent heatwaves. On days over 30°C, it’s managed to bring our large bedroom and adjoining bathroom down to around 23°C, which feels like bliss. It is loud, definitely something to consider if you’re a light sleeper, but for the price, the cooling power is excellent. It’s straightforward to use and does exactly what you need it to. If you’re after effective cooling and don’t mind a bit of noise, it’s great value for money.

While the cooling is reasonability powerful it is extremely noisy even when fan is on low. There is very little different between the fan on low and high.When the cooling hits the temperature it stops cooling BUT the fans stays on - which is very loud.The timer will only either switch it on once or or once.I'm sending it back.

Every summer I promise myself that next year I’ll have an air conditioner and finally that promise has come true. My house is made of wood (I can’t have a wall unit) so once the summer temperatures rise it’s hard to cool the house down.I’m very pleased with my purchase. It’s cools my bedroom and living room down perfectly. It’s on wheels so it’s very easy to move around. It’s compact and a very smart looking unit whilst also being so amazing at cooling the rooms down.The extra attachments and window kit are excellent and very easy to use. The remote control is fab with lots of controls which means once I’m comfortable I don’t need to move. I especially like the timer so I can set it to make my bedroom the right temperature before I go to bed and to turn off once I’m asleep. It’s been a game changer for helping me cope with my hot flushes.My husband is really pleased that it’s Class A energy efficient. The instructions are very clear and it has the ability to be used as a dehumidifier and fan as well as cooling the rooms down.

Quick delivery and only took about 30 mins to set up but the remote doesn’t work properly. We’ve tried new batteries and different brands. Very annoying for the money. No option to contact the seller re a fault so it’s either return it or put up with it which is not ideal. It’s not very quiet but I didn’t expect it to be. Quick to cool the room down and easy to use. Just a huge shame about the remote.
