Good quality, but not a soft ride.
Overall, I'm happy with these coilovers. My original Bilsteins were in dire need of replacement. It would have cost me around $1000 for a replacement set of Bilstein struts, which would still require me to reuse my original springs. These coilovers saved me a little money, and appear very well made. They are easy to set up and adjust, and actually provide a decent ride. That said, they clearly have less travel than the stock struts and a comfortable ride can only be nearly achieved with the damping setting completely soft. The car does look great and is more responsive.
