Great Inserts
These inserts are the only brand I use. I’ve bought these over and over again and they have proven to ease any foot pain. I walk about 7 miles daily and have been getting about one year’s usage out of these inserts. Originally, I went to a Running Shoe store and was fitted for this specific model. They are easy to use and I know that these fit my shoe (Hoka Gaviotta 5 in size 12) . They provide extra arch support way beyond what the standard Hoka inserts provide. They are thin so my shoes fit without any issues and my feet remain healthy and relatively pain-free.

Actually Worth It for Runners
Dynamic arch support in three profiles (low, medium, high). Zero heel drop preserves shoe geometry. Noticeably reduces foot fatigue on long runs. The fitting process helps you pick the right arch height and they're easy to cut. If stock insoles aren't cutting it, these are the upgrade. Easy to use and provide good pain relief. Very functional.

One of the best, but...
They're great for use in running shoes, they do have really good qualities to them. I admit, the comfort and energy return you get really shines when you're running. That's where these insoles like to be, they love your foot pounding them into the ground. The deep heel cup is great, so is the fact that the heel cup isn't super thick like on most orthotics. The foot of the door doesn't change drastically, in my case i actually got some more room. They're good for walking, but you have to get your correct arch size. I didn't learn i had a medium arch until i got the low arch version and wasn't feeling very supported, they just felt like really nice insoles rather than supports. The only thing i could say is they work best if you're shoes have a firm strobel footbed under the sockliner in the shoes. If you try to put these in something really cushioned like an Adidas Ultraboost, the actual arch support plate becomes unbearable. Since materials like Boost are very soft, the plate just sinks in and turns all the positives of these supports into negatives. Imagine only running about 2 miles only to run without the supports... Running on the bare boost in Ultraboost is fun, but you don't have that support. Anyway, always follow the fit diagram to get the best version. You may think you have high arches, but you're really a medium or flat... Just saying to follow the diagram correctly!! With that says, i do wish the poron pad they use in the heel was a little bit thicker for some extra cushioning on the heel for us heel strikers.

Great insoles for running with underpronation/supination
I've been plagued with ITBS on my left side forever. The issue mostly (apparently) stems from my hips, with a tendency to rotate externally too easily on the left side. So when I run, my left leg rotates externally, and my foot doesn't roll inward. If I use arch support or soft shoes, it will roll out and supinate. I have fairly normal arches and my feet are on the narrower side of normal, with a narrow heel, but most arch support shoes and insoles either hurt under the feet because the support isn't where it should be, or they push my left foot out more than it already does on its own, resulting in, well, even worse ITBS. I also can't run in very soft shoes with a rocker or narrow outsole, for the same reason. I need support for my heel, and something that won't let my leg open outwards. I've tried a million shoes, and half as many insoles. Most insoles on the market today are made for overpronation, have a lot of arch support and little to no heel support. Exactly what I don't need. Enter the RunPros. I've been running with them for two years. I use the blue (high arch) on the left side and the orange (medium arch) on the right side. They are super comfortable, and offer support while not really changing your gait much. They add a little cushioning under the heel, which for me is great because I usually run in fairly firm shoes with a low stack. Most importantly, the heel cup is deep and stiff enough that my heel feels supported and doesn't move. My left foot also doesn't feel like it's not straight in the shoe, unlike other insoles or support shoes. The insoles alone mostly solved the issue. I still use a small half-wedge under the left heel, but it's mostly optional at this point. Only negative, they're super expensive in the US, especially since I use two different models for one pair of shoes, and hard to find in store. Thankfully, I only need them in my running shoes.

Outstanding Customer Service and construction
Outstanding customer service. These insoles add stability to high cushion shoes (e.g. Asics Nimbus). Size XL fits perfectly with no trimming in 11.5 US Men size shoes. They are well built and last for many hundreds of miles (I retire shoes at 300-400 miles, but these insoles are transferred to the next pair. Currex customer service could not be better. I had a minor issue of my own doing, and they were responsive and went well above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. I will be a loyal customer since their product works well and is built well, and they are responsive and helpful in their customer service functions.

Was skeptical, but the high-arch model works for me!
Tried these on a whim thinking they’d have a slim chance of helping my plantar fasciitis issues. Felt like I tried just about everything else so why not? I’ve been training for a long-ish trail race but dealing with constant foot pain. I got the medium arch insoles after going through the testing on their website, about 60 miles into various training runs and had minimal improvement. Went to the Ortho for something else and he informed me that I actually have a high arch. I decided to try the high arch model and have put on an about 45 miles into the last 8 days including a 20 mile trail run yesterday, same shoes as before. My feet feel good! Actually astonishingly good.
