I chose this because of the customer reviews but did not get a SD Card because I will record on the app or my PC. Setup was easy, video is clear and sharp, panning is smooth and audio is clear. The recommend software for my android phone works great, for my android tablet I had to try several several apps before I could find one that worked. For my laptop I run windows 7 and I found two free programs: After trying several I hose for monitoring IP Camera Viewer 4 which will allow me to view multiple cameras when needed but if you want to record it will cost you to purchase the add on software .. BUT .. iSpy, which is also free, will let you view and record which is good enough if you are just using this for home use as I am. I would recommend this unit, it has been sitting outside in different weather conditions and has not missed a beat.

Bought this to use indoor. It works great. Night and daytime pictures are both excellent. Camera can view different angles and areas by adjusting the lens up and down left and right from the phone. It works for outdoor too.

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  Complete garbage. Out of the box, unit would rotate clockwise, non-stop, in an attempt to reset itself to its "home" position... would never stop rotating (until the internal motor burned out.) See video.You get what you pay for. Next time I'm buying Hikvision or Dahua.Avoid unless you like throwing money into the trash.

The zoom did not work,the audio from the mic was distorted.If you want to add an sd card you must remove 8 screws to get to the slot.Also there are no rubber gaskets to weatherproof the camera housing so it will likely fog up and damage the inside components.

AMAZING image for a little over a hundred bucks! The last PTZ cam I bought was an Axis 233D ($2K) and the image on this cam is just as good. Nightvision and daytime blow away the CCTV wireless DVR system I bought at Costco. Note this unit does not have audio nor SD card functionality; it's a bare-bones IP PTZ cam that's a cinch to use and provides gorgeous HD live video. Customer service responded in less than 24-hours.

Works perfectly for my application. I use it to monitor a fairly large backyard. I do the monitoring on a manual basis, so I don't record anything on a normal basis.

Excellent quality, Fast PTZ control, easy setup after you download the CD, great day and night video. Liked it so much I bought another one!
