Universal Replacement Remote Control for LG TV AKB73715601

my remote broke and I couldn’t see a replacement that looked the same or matched up to my tv model code online. I looked on the lg website typed in my tv code and a picture of this remote came up. Rather than paying their prices I looked for the same on amazon and found this one which was half the price, and it works!! My tv model is 49UF680V and the code on my old remote was AKB74475479.(old remote is left one in photo) slightly different buttons but they work ok. Very happy, thank you!

I am so pleased with this remote. It worked first time after putting some batteries in (not supplied) 2xAAA .Had just visited my daughter in Birmingham and she offered me her tv from her bedroom that she no longer uses. She lost the remote so went on Amazon and looked up a compatible remote. This remote is perfect. There are a few buttons that don't work on my tv but overall it was a great buy and perfect for my tv .

Works straight out the packing. Buttons are a little stiff but I guess they will soften with use. Just glad to have a working remote for my old LG TV.

This replacement is brilliant. The remote is made properly and doesn't look cheap. It arrived swiftly. Easy to set up. Once I put the batteries in, it worked with my TV straight away. A worth while purchase which has got me out of trouble.Highly recommended.

My LG controls broke so I ordered these instead of forking out for official ones. They work great but some of the buttons are different to what they are on official controls.Pretty easy to work out so not a problem.

I ordered the remote control for my tele as a replacement as my old one was not working very well. The new one has got all of the same buttons as my old one and even the colours on some of the button are the same. I had no problems I did not have to programme it in it worked straight away.

Stopped working after 6 months. Pretty poor given that the original remote control was 10 years old before the dog ate it.

I've had my LG Tv & control for about 6 years, my control was truly battered. The top had holes in it and the centre was cracked and finally it just stopped working a few days ago. I ordered this replacement on the night it stopped working the next day I received the control. Im really happy that is actually works! The design is almost a match for my original control and the blue 'smart' icon works so you can connect to NETFLIX and all your extra streaming channels. So if you have a classic LG this replacement definitely works.
