Easy installation and satisfied with performance

I really liked this hitch, but gave it 4-stars, for the following reasons:1.) Eaz Lift website doesn't exist for support.2.) Camco website will give you phone support, but doesn't respond to emails, meaning I can't get support outside of business hours, when I have time to work on this stuff. It's Saturday and I tried leaving a message asking them to call me back, but the voicemail cut me off and hung-up on me mid-sentence. Very frustrating!3.) The Lock washer and nut that came with the product are very cheap and got destroyed when properly torquing this item. Last time I called support, they told me to go to the hardware store and get replacements. They should have offered to send me replacements, especially since I'm reading the other reviews and now know this is a common issue, and not my fault!I followed the directions as best I could to install this thing. Fairly straight forward. I then threw my instructions away, thinking everything is online now if I ever need them again. Then, during my first drive, I realized I wanted more weight distribution because I could feel the front of my truck lifted/floating around a tiny bit. So, now I want to make an adjustment. However, the instructions I find online are for a different variant of this same product! Those instructions (and subsequent YouTube videos) show an adjuster in the middle. My unit has two special numbered washers. I need to know if I should raise or lower my numbers. I also need to know which number is effective, the one closer to the truck or the trailer.Can someone please post a screenshot of their instructions, maybe as part of a review?

Tips for install:1. Purchase White lithium grease and lubricate the arm holes, the pins and the ball itself before install.2. Tighten down the sway control hex key head until it stops wiggling and then give it half a turn to one full turn more depending on your preference.first off this thing is pretty heavy duty, did not know that I needed to lubricate everything and it made installing and removing the arms so much easier!this thing was screaming his head off! Like something's getting murdered back there. I read a lot of reviews that said this is normal. NONSENSE!Lubricate your parts! If your sway control is completely loose then it'll SCREAM! creeeeeeeekkkkk squeeeaaallllll etc lol.Snug it down and the noise is gone.I had a 25 foot travel trailer, 29 feet end-to-end. This thing has a 60 gallon freshwater, 2x 40 gallon grey water and a 40-gallon Black water. Four seasons. Empty it says 6100 lbs and full probably around 7000 lbs. I towed it home from the dealership with just a normal ball and hitch. I do have 1000 lbs airbag assists in my ram 1500 EcoDiesel which helped but the sway control was non-existent and this thing would bounce up and down even with the littlest bump in the road for 100 - 200 ft it would seem.After installing the weight distribution hitch, gone! My vehicle drove just as smooth as when there was no trailer on the back. Seriously beyond impressed and beyond my expectations! I only drove 7 miles without the weight distribution hitch because I read how much of an advantage they had. I refuse to take me and my family out without first installing this. Yes we were a little later to depart but totally worth it and nobody disagreed. Do yourself a favor, at the time of purchase this thing was less than $300, absolutely worth its weight in gold. And this thing is pretty damn heavy!I was not paid or anything for this review, I spent my own money and I chose this product over the rest because I didn't feel like dealing with the chains and all that other crap he's nice. High quality components and superior performance. This weight distribution hitch does a great job with my 1/2 ton and 28' travel trailer. Extremely easy to install and the youtube install made it a no brainer. The sway control was also amazing but even better you can disengage it extremely easily.

I had to pay $251.35 to ship to ship a itemback that cost $409.Something major wrong here! The description wasn't right and it did not fit my camper.I don't recommend anyone to ever buy from this site. This is so wrong!

Setup and install was a bit tedious but after that it is so much better than any other hitch I have used.
