Phenomenal product. My charging port would not work consistently. Once placed in the case, it charged without a problem. It allows me to use cable or wireless charger. With phone battery down to 10% or lower, the battery pack recharges to 100% at least 4 times. (I haven’t needed it to do more yet). The battery pack adds very little weight or bulk to the phone. Much less expensive than replacing a failing battery.

I have now owned 3 of these charging cases. All were from different brands but are from the same manufacturer. It is great when its working but has a design flaw. Any moisture that gets onto the screen will travel down to the lightning connection and short the circuits to the battery. That's how a beverage spill took out my first one during its first week of use. The second one was given to me as a gift and stopped charging the phone in its third week. The phone would charge when placed on a wireless charger through the battery case, but the case would not charge the phone on its own despite showing a full charge. My third case (this Alpatronix brand) worked great for a month and then started acting quirky, I'd have to remove and reinstall the phone from the case and sometimes reboot the phone to get the case to charge the phone. This problem got more frequent during the second month until the case completely stopped charging the phone. Look elsewhere, and avoid other branded offerings of this same case. I've owned good charging cases in this price range. This design is not one of them.

I really like this one. The connection allows me to use navigation again.

First off, it works. You are adding a second battery to your iPhone. It does charge wirelessly. It's also made out of plastic that is very easy to slip out of your hand. Apple had a perfect smart case they discontinued that had a silicon grip and texture. Fantastic product, but not wireless charge capable. This one is, but it falls out of your hand so easy. It also slips into your pocket very easily. So? Over all, you have to press a button to actually use this battery to charge your phone and because of that I kind of dislike it. Apple's smart case was a total no brainer. This case works, it does what it says it will do... I have never dropped my phone so much in such a short amount of time.
