These yoga block are great quality. Vibrant color. So versatile. My daughter uses them to practice balance for diving. I use them for yoga.

These blocks are well made and stackable. The bands are decent quality for the price. Block yoga is becoming more popular and offers another level of support and angles.

My daughter dances and she loves these blocks to help with stretching! Pink and blue are her favorite colors, so she was so excited to have blocks that were both of her favorite colors! They seem comparable to other yoga blocks that I’ve seen.

This purchase was a great value for the money. The items were well constructed and all serve my purposes for stretching and increasing flexibility and strength for ballet. You could pay the cost of this set of bands, blocks, and strap (including a nice how-to-use chart) for just any one of these items alone elsewhere. I also like the pink and blue color combo. The stretch bands seem to be the same medium strength. I would have liked to have one a little stronger. However, you can always double them up. I am pleased with this purchase.

I was reading some reviews of the Premium Yoga Blocks 2 Pack with Resistance Bandseft by others and a lot of them mention a loop strap. There was no loop strap included with my package. The description doesn't mention one, but the preview pictures do. So, either they changed their product or left out the strap for my set.But, with that said, the blocks are really nice. Their colors make them pretty. The resistance bands are great. I am not sure if they are meant for resistance training, but they are on the lighter end of resistance.I would buy these again, but, I hope the seller changes their images, though, because one may think they are getting a strap with their order.

The package came even better than described! Based on the outstanding reviews, I bought this hoping it will help me to finally achieve splits and improve my stretches. I'll update this review as soon as I see physical results.
