I am recommending this book to all of my patients who need weight loss. This method really works and makes the most sense of any diet I have ever seen for weight loss.

Quick Recipies
Recipes are pretty simple, but where are the pictures? The book is pretty bland without some photos! I just like to know for sure that my version of anything will promptly be a Pinterest FAIL.

Good down to earth information
Good down to earth information. Recipes are reasonable. I learned a few things and it reminded me of things that I already knew but wasn't practicing. I would recommend this book for someone that wants a simple way to lose weight w/o counting anything.

Diet
Bought through kindle whispernet. Download perfectly fast as usual. So far lost 9lbs in 7 weeks using the recipes in the book. not used the exercise plan yet as I do not wish to buy all the balls, steps and weights that are recommended. Some of the calorie counting is questionable? So if you're serious do check the cal counting.

Simple, great-tasting recipes. Easy and quick to prepare with simple instructions.Calories per meal included, great to have a wide selection of meals around 300 calories each.

The simple, straight forward diet (not diet) book!!!!
I chose the 5 star rating as the 5:2 diet book is very easy to follow. It is simple and straight forward. I would recommend it to those that have tried dieting previously and to those who are just starting out!!!!! I arrived through my letter box within 48 hrs of ordering.

Fantastic
This book is absolutely brilliant.I had already been doing the 5:2 diet for quite some time however, the book provided some excellent insights into alternative ways of looking at it as well as inspirational comments from other dieters as well as the author of the book.The calculation section is also brilliant for helping get around the maths of it all with sections to actually write in in the book.

Hooray for Jacqueline!
I found this book well written and sympathetic to dietary problems. The recipes are all delicious and easily prepared. I sent a copy to my daughter, and she has lost 11lbs of post baby weight, much to her delight. We found it a very easy and healthy way of managing our eating habits!
