Has anyone found a good case for these headphones?

Try old sunglasses cases. I use that for the sansa player , these headphones and usb charging cable to carry them around. Worked great for me.

I mostly use them with my iPod. It is a 120 gig classic. I also plug them into my laptop while at school. The headphones have a standard 1/8 inch jack. Hope this helps.

Do they have a built in microphone?

No, these do not have a microphone. But they retract to fit in the palm of my hand with no cord mess or tangles. I really like these ear cuff headphones.
