What a great deal on a great quality arcade game. I have not connected it to the internet, because I like having all the high scores. The controller reacts well with no lag. I feel like I'm back in college at a bar playing Galaga, only without the quarters. The only tiny negative was a typo in the instructions. It had once piece used twice because the piece they called for was miss named. It was pretty obvious, so it didn't slow my assembly more than a minute.

The game is great! A wonderful family-time fun experience. It took my oldest son and I a couple of hours to assemble. It is heavy, so if assembling upstairs, get a strong person to carry it up or take it up in sections.Also, one of the components was mislabeled and cost about 10 minutes of sorting out the components to determine the correct piece. Assembly instructions were OK, but the company needs to hire an English-speaking person to proofread the assembly instructions. Minor, but irritating.

I was a little skeptical about getting this. My main concern was that it would not be exactly like the original galaga arcade game and that there would be some subtle differences in the way it plays. It works exactly like the original though. The size is just a little smaller than the arcade version but it doesn't affect the play. I can't tell any difference in the screen size though, the screen seems just as large as the original.Assembly took about 2 hours but was not difficult at all. I would not hesitate to get another game from this company. I couldn't be more impressed.

This machine is perfect. Assembly takes some time so just go slow and be patient. Galaga is as close as you can get to a real arcade machine. Biggest thing for me is settings are adjustable and it has 'fast fire' so each time you hit the button it fires. It doesn't come that way but settings buttons are on the far right. When I found that it made it perfect. You will not be disappointed!

This finally, a really great 3/4 scale version of it's full sized, coin operated Galaga arcade machine.Assembly was mostly easy, though there were moments when I did have a bit of difficulty with some very tiny screws which are used to secure the monitor/control deck piece. I'd recommend having a friend assist with moving the cabinet into position, or use an heavy duty cart to move it. The cabinet is a fair bit heavier than the first generation of A1up cabinets.Once completed, I was greeted with a beautiful cabinet, complete with lighted (fake) coin acceptors, lighted marquee, and that iconic Namco cabinet many of us came to know in person, back in the early 80s.My only gripe is, the audio is way, way, way too loud. I immediately had to turn the volume all the way down to 1, and it's still a lot too loud. Neighbors complained when I played it too late at night. LOLGuess I'll have to order another volume attenuator to deal with that. LOLI like that the cabinet features wi-fi, and leaderboards.I really appreciate Amazon for carrying Arcade1up products.Having a blast with Galaga Deluxe.

This is the second 1up arcade cabinet I have ordered. The 1st one was canceled by Amazon. The second I received very quickly. After I got it I put it to gather only to have it be dead. The light powered on but now screen. Had to send it back.Update: 11/11/24 just as I was getting ready to package this up to send it back. My brother-in-law came over and went over everything that I did. We noticed that the power connector was one pin off. It's the only connector that doesn't have a guide. Bad design, but good news the board started up and is now playable.

Best gift I've ever gotten my husband. He loves playing it so much it sits in our dining room where we spend most of our time as an office. Great purchase.
