Excellent product for immediate recovery and rehydration, especially when fasting.

An excellent alternative to LMNT, particularly for those committed to water fasting and keto lifestyles. One of the very few unflavoured options available, completely free from sweeteners—unlike Dr. Berg’s electrolytes, which contain stevia. The absence of sweeteners, however, doesn’t mean it tastes unpleasant; in fact, it’s surprisingly palatable. It does sit at the higher end of the price spectrum. Better compared to salt tablets.

My partner needs a good dose of electrolytes daily and after trying some, these provide both the amount and have some interesting tastes that make the, unavoidably salty, mix easier to drink.
