The replacement process took around 10 days, but the company did replace the product.I have been using the replacement unit for the last 1–2 months, and it has been working well without any overheating problems. Excellent electric kettle 😊I am very happy with this electric cooker. It cooks rice perfectly and can also be used to prepare vegetables, noodles, soup, and other dishes. The heating is fast and even, making cooking easy and convenient. It is simple to use, easy to clean, and the build quality feels durable.

I have been using this kettle for past 2 months. Its a good product and no issues faced till now. Good for making soup, saute, maggie etc. Very good for hostel bachelors. Especially during this LPG crisis this is a good addition. The inside part is fully nonstic and did not face any sticking issue.The only issue i have with this is the step wheer we take out the cooked food or liquid. As per user guide it should not get wet outside the kettle coz of electric connection and all. However coz of simple opening its difficult to take content out easily without spilling especially for liquids.Also it would be helpful if the company can provide a booklet or a digital copy of recipies that can be done using this kettle with proper hig / medium settings required for the same.
