This is what the manufacturer says about the eggs Atlas Standard Plastic Eggs, realistic looking and feeling, are a long time favorite for salmon, steel-head and trout. Approximately 7mm in diameter these soft plastic eggs are tremendously effective. Try them for ice fishing-ideal for tipping spoons and jigs. Packed in a special anise scented formula. Anise oil keeps the eggs soft and pliable. Won't dry out like other plastics. The fishing line included in the Standard fishing kit is 50 ft of 12lb test and 25 ft of 30lb test and it has a perch jerker that has about 20 feet of 12lb test.
