This item really works as advertised. It is stretchable where it needs to be, and solid where it should be. Put some lube on it and stretch it onto the base of your already erect member and it will keep you hard for a long time while still allowing your fluids to function normally. Great idea, and it helps a little, but not tight enough to work well. The medium size has a much bigger inside diameter than the major brand "average size" round ring I have been using. This ring is very comfortable, and I think they have a great idea here. I know most guys don't want to order a "small", but they need a tighter size for those of us who are "skinny" or "thin".
