Technically yes, they are sharp enough to cut corns off you feet. However, I would highly suggest seeing a podiatrist for that. You can run into some significant infection-related issues doing this at home. Just a caring suggestion.

how good is it at cutting skin

Not very, at least that was my experience and I only used one in the pack so maybe the others are sharper. I was disappointed and used it to try to slice open a milium near my eye. It basically tore my skin but I didn’t have anything sharper and wanted to get rid of the milium so I just went at it with the dull razor blade and did the best I could. I was disappointed and would pay up for a higher quality product but I don’t know what brand to go to. Good luck!

About 5inch, then the cover is 3 inch. As it gets closer to the blade the handle gets skinner.
