Q: What is a cleansing balm?

ELEMIS Pro-Collagen Cleansing Balm is an oil-based facial cleanser that deeply cleanses, softens and nourishes. It transforms from a balm to an oil to a cleansing milk, all while removing the most stubborn makeup and daily grime

Q: What is the main ingredient?

Key ingredients include English Rose Oleo Extract, Starflower Oil, Optimega Oil, Elderberry Oil and our signature Padina Pavonica algae

Q: Why was the cleansing cloth removed from the Pro-Collagen Cleansing Balm products?

ELEMIS is on a mission to improve our environmental footprint and as a result, cleansing cloths will no longer be included with our Pro-Collagen Cleansing Balms. You can simply rinse the balm off with water, or continue reusing any cloths you have.

Q: Why does my jar not look as full as the image?

Balm may shift in transit when temperatures vary as formula has a low melting point. Product may reset unevenly in jar and some oil may remain on surface but this does not effect product quantity or quality.

Q: Why is the product not sealed?

We do not add seals unless necessary for the efficacy and safety of the formula, as sustainability is a priority for ELEMIS. Avoiding unneccesary packaging is a way we minimize our environmental impact
