Ordered the video card, arrived in reasonable time, everything ordered was present. But the card was definitely "used." Very "used." It was very, very, very dusty, with a large dark blot of smutch on the circuit board, and though it operates, it buzzes and whines distractlingly and annoyingly loud, audible from the next room.I will try some canned air and some spray lube, but next time I guess I'll bit the bullet and try pay for a new one. My own fault, I guess.

An OEM PCI Express card! Great quality at a low price. I buy the OEM cards, because I want something that lasts years to come, unlike most of the cards that last 2 - 4 years.
