The thickness of the fabric is not as expected and it is not fully coated with a waterproof material.

I did not use this as a crib sheet, but to cover a wedge that I use to raise my head. It works well for this purpose.

As promised by the vendor, these are 100% cotton, fairly soft, feather/down-roof thread count, silent and roomy regular-size. After initial washing they felt good enough to dispense with a pillow case. But of course I will not. :) While there are less expensive pillow protectors, these are worth the investment if 100% cotton is important to you.
