The media could not be loaded. I recently upgraded from the Brother SE2000 to the Smartstitch 1501 Plus, and it’s been a total game changer! This is my first multi-needle machine, and the difference in speed, color efficiency, and stitch quality is night and day.The machine arrived extremely well-packaged in a heavy-duty crate (see photos) and felt very secure during transit. Setup does take some space and muscle, but everything was in perfect condition. The build is solid, and the touchscreen interface is intuitive once you get used to it.I completed the official training last night, and I was really impressed. The trainer was knowledgeable and super responsive. When we hit an unexpected issue, she walked over to an engineer and got the answer right away — that kind of real-time support gave me a lot of confidence.I’ve already done some test stitching and a full-color project (photos included), and I’m thrilled with the results. Crisp lines, smooth color transitions, and minimal thread breaks.If you're thinking about stepping up to a commercial machine, I highly recommend this one. The machine is powerful, the training is thorough, and the support team is clearly invested in helping users succeed.

I was initially worried about training and ongoing support, but those concerns disappeared quickly. I was assigned a full support team who are always available to help whenever I have a question. The training has been thorough, and I’ve never felt like I was on my own.This is actually my second SmartStitch purchase in less than a year — I now have two, and I love them both! Waited for the new updated machine and I can tell you the large sewing field is huge.Was able to set everything up by following the videos. Very sturdy machine with a heavy duty stand and storage space. Thrilled that I have a training and support group personalized for me and I can get help any time. Training starts tomorrow, really excited!!

Already have a 1501 and a 1001 , needed another machine almost got another 1001 decided see what all the hoopla was about and got a Ultra 1501, sure glad I did plugged it up ran a test hat was perfect been sewing orders ever since. Machine is very quite when running everything is solid and well built , recommend this over anything else !

The media could not be loaded. Very efficient equipment! I am new to the embroidery industry-with no experience beyond what Ive had with this machine-and it has been a breeze. Let me first say that I have my setup in my living room and the noise level is Easy to assemble, great customer service and training session. I haven’t had an issue that I didn’t get answered from the community and/or customer service in a timely manner. The team that I am assigned to is very knowledgeable. If you want quality stitches, in a timely fashion I can’t recommend this machine enough!

Every excited to received my new embroidery machine. I spent a lot of time researching and waited for the upgrade S1501 Plus. The bigger sewing field is huge!! Arrived quickly and delivery was easy. The crate was packed well and they send everything you need to set it up including tools. Very easy to assemble the stand, which is very sturdy and has shelves for storage. Best thing is they set you up with a support and training group just for you. This way you can get personalized training and help any time if you have questions. Can't wait to get started!!
