It's been a month since I received this mattress and I am so happy with this purchase. The mattress to me is firm enough to provide support to my back yet soft enough to be comfortable. I have had many great and comfortable sleeps on this. The smell of aloe Vera is quite strong but after a few days it does weaken so I have no issue with this. Delivery was very speedy and the delivery men were very nice and helpful. Best mattress I have ever had and for a fantastic price.

It's really thick. Very comfortable but please check the depth.

I tested my purchased bed mattress by laying my back on it and rolled my body over. I feel relaxed and comfortable with this bed cushioned layer. (The bed cushioned layer is quite firm, but not very firm as stone!)And it also help to relieve my chronic back pain. I am happy with this purchase of cozy mattress thanks to my friend's good advice.Best recommended buy

Bought for my son in his early 20s who's woken with back/neck pain for a long time. His review: it's lovely, firm but still soft and very comfortable. Supports back well. Great sleep in it. Think that says it all!

* UPDATE AFTER 2 YEARS *After 2 years and rotating the mattress every 4 weeks, the problem with the edges is even worst, now the mattress only have support in the middle, we wake up every day with pain in the back and neck... Very disappointed. Is better buy another firmer mattress, this one is not medium firm anymore, loose all the support. I wish to return this, but now is too late, other brands like Silent Night include 5 years warranty.* END UPDATE *I can't sleep pretty well, the mattress is quite comfortable, but I wish they were a bit firmer, especially at the edges. If you sit on the edge is quite deep, don't have any support around of the mattress. You can't sleep near to the edges.

So we've had this mattress for about a year now and we did have to have it replaced because it started to lean to one side, after sending three rounds of photos which involve me moving the mattress by myself onto the floor and taking various photos with rulers et cetera I managed to get an exchange. The bed is good quality and very comfortable

Arrived on date & time promised by 2 very pleasant and helpful delivery men. Mattress is really comfortable and fantastic quality and was well packaged on delivery. I was concerned buying a mattress online but was swayed by all the positive reviews - they were all correct! Mattress is on the firmer side of medium I would say - just exactly what I was looking for and doesn't seem to overheat at all. I will update my review after a few months use (and am desperately hoping it keeps its shape) but after sleeping on it for a week I couldn't be happier and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Happy Beds to everyone
