After using an underpowered vacuum trimmer for years, this has been pretty great. It’s got a multitude of adjustments from “5 o’clock shadow” to “I’ve been camping the last couple of months.” The guards stay on and adjust securely and easily. Easy to rinse in between uses. If you only use it a few times of week, the battery lasts a long time. Plenty of power—don’t expect a lawnmower, though. It’s a little plasticky, cleanup of hair can be annoying (true with any trimmer), and wish charging was universal rather than proprietary—but I really appreciate the adjustability and ease of use.

Plastic accessories does not stay in place

I have thick hair which a lot of budget trimmers can't hack, this guy does. It comes with 2 guides that are adjustable in .5 mm increments up to 20mm. It's a bit on the noisy side, about as loud as full clippers, but I don't mind. The battery gives me 2 weeks+ of daily usage. Recommended for someone who needs a step up from the cheap trimmers or someone growing out a beard who still wants to keep it tidy.
