Worked well for its purpose. I wasn't trying do get a super accurate measurement and was happy knowing I was in the right ballpark.

Finally had a chance to test the scale on my new recurve bow. As far as ease of use, it is very easy to use, although the instructions that come with it are minimal and poorly written. I was able to set it to measure the weight at my full draw length. As far as the accuracy, I can't comment as I don't have another scale to compare this one to. I can say that I took 3 measurements and two were exactly the same and one was 0.2 heavier, so I would say that the scale is consistent on it's measurements. I do like the blue screen and the weight measurements are easy to read in both pounds and kilograms. The package asays it can weigh up to 110 pounds. The literature says not to measure a bow weight above 80 pounds, and the website says not to measure a bow weight above 60 pounds. Not sure of the maximum bow weight not to exceed before the plastic handle is unable to support it but I am using an olympic style recurve so I don't intend to go over about a 45 lb weight. I think this scale will hold up to that draw weight. I probably would buy a better scale if I were measuring compound bows for hunting, and I would stick with the max recurve weight of 60 lbs. This is a very inexpensive scale so don'y expect it to hold up like a professional scale will and you should be fine.

Batteries were dead, but that was expected. New batteries and it worked fine. Very inexpensive.

Used it to adjust a bow that i bought .. it’s didn’t explode on me .. had an arrow notched and pointed at a target just in case .. it was like $10 and does what it’s supposed to .. the guy complaining it destroyed his $2600 set up should realize he used he $10 scale to test it … it’s not gonna last forever but for what I need it’s fine

Good product but batteries were dead

This scale weighed my Hoyt and Mathews bows at a different weight every time I tried to weigh them. It finished up by literally exploding into pieces after 4 days of use and I still never got an accurate weight. Mine was junk.

It worked well. Now I know how weak I am.

I picked up this scale to check the draw weight on a small fifteen pound kids bow, and it did what I needed it to do. The reading seemed accurate enough for a basic check. The build quality is not great and it feels a little cheap in the hand, but for simple use at home it was fine. I would not rely on it for serious tuning or anything that needs perfect precision, but for a quick measurement on a light bow it got the job done without any trouble. Bottom line: Not the most solid tool, but it works for checking the weight on a small kids bow.
