I wasnt expecting much
This makes making hollandaise sauce a breeze thought the taste is not completely the same as you would get with homemade one. I found that the sauce is not as tangy as it could be and we had to add extra stuff to get to our taste. So go for it if you need it super quick as it is great value for money.

Not the taste of real hollandaise sauce.
Something has changed with sauce. It doesn't taste like it used to. Just tastes like a white sauce with slight garlic flavour, not the hollandaise flavour at all. Disappointed.

Essential ingredient for Eggs Benedict!
If you are making Eggs Benedict (and who isn't I hear you ask...) then this is a must! Yes it IS nicer making the Hollandaise sauce from scratch but takes a lot of time and effort (and ingredients) to do so - this is a much simpler option and works well every time. A lightly toasted Muffin, Poached egg, good quality ham and this sauce (oh and some freshly ground black pepper) makes a really delicious breakfast treat!
