Tastes great but not very refreshing. I find myself needing plain water after finishing this during my workout but I do plan to purchase more flavors as needed.

Kind of tastes like cotton candy, that's not a bad thing. What is a bad thing is every nutricost container always peels in the worst way, it gives us a bad customer experience. Otherwise no complaints.

I've had a ton of Nutricost products over the years as they're cheap, test well in independent studies and taste great. This is no exception. Mixes well with no grain or clumping. Buy with confidence. The Rasp Lemonade tastes great without being overly sweet. Good for the gym or summer hikes.

This has a wonderful taste, it mixes well with water, and the size of the container was great for the price.
