A little disappointing
Not a bad game by any means, and well put together (even if the mug shots looked more like people from the 2010s than the 1990s). Played this with my wife and we solved everything really quickly. The most time consuming part was reading through the witness statements, but most of these are just red herring info. Maybe we've just done too many puzzle/escape room type games and so knew where to look for the clues, but it just felt a bit flat, especially given there are only 3 progress gates total. I have played other similar games that give you breadcrumbs and unlock extra bits of info like online audio logs etc and think these are much more satisfying, especially given the price. But yeah, not bad, had fun with it, but ultimately a little disappointing.
