I bought it last month and have been using it since then it has a very good quality and can be used on the floor or even on the bed while taking rest. It is very easy to use and install. I would highly recommend buying it.

I have been trying this for a few weeks, putting it under my desk and use it for a few hours a day while using my computer. I don't know if it is all in the mind, but I do feel the benefits of being calmer and less stressful. The mat is well made and can be rolled up and put away. I will keep on using it and if you are into natural health, I would recommend this.

Nice size and easy to use. I’ve been using it mostly under my desk for my feet and sometimes while lying down. Feels well made and the long cable makes it easy to position. Noticed I sleep a bit better and feel more relaxed, but I think it’ll take more time to see full benefits. Good quality and a nice addition to a wellness routine.

Having read other reviews and doing research I have purchased this grounding mat which arrived in a box and securely wrapped.Just plug the ground wire into the socket and attach to the mat and you are ready to go.Obviously this will take a number of weeks to feel any benefit but worth the purchase.
