Good for sleep
The reason I bought this is was for better sleep and it does its job as long as I hit the sack within 30 mins of taking it. When I check my sleep tracker next morning, I can clearly see the difference.

El mejor magnesio que he tomado y el que tiene mejor concentración por cápsula y además es magnesio limpio sin nada de añadidos raros. He tomado citrato, óxido y este es el mejor de todos. Me ayuda a dormir mucho y no te da efecto laxante. Suelo tomar 3 cápsulas 30 minutos antes de dormir.

Great magnesium — finally something that actually works I’ve been taking this magnesium every night, and I’m honestly impressed. The capsule is quite large, but soft and very easy to swallow — no discomfort at all.
