Is this polish coming from china or is it here in the us? it says fulfilled by amazon.

I’m pretty sure it’s here. If it’s fulfilled by amazon I think it’s safe to assume it’s within the states.

Do I have to use the type of nail polish for stamping or can I use the regular ones?

スタンパーにすら全くつかない

ネイルどころかスタンパーにすらつきません。普通のジェルネイルでは薄くつくだけなのでスタンパー専用ジェルネイルを購入しましたがスクレイパーで余分なジェルを取ると即乾燥してしまいます。何度も試しましたが無理でした。
