Seac spear gun still needs cocking device.
This is the second gun without the arming:cocking device. Please send . To use the mechanism, we need to be able to cock it.

it says that you can mount an extra rubber, ...
it says that you can mount an extra rubber, which you can but when you do there is bending of the base of the gun due to the pressure that the double sling exert on it. plus the gun that i receive did not have the stickers that i saw in the picture and after every spearfishing session you have to be screwing the gun back up or being tightening the screws to make sure if does not fall apart for the next session.

Impossible to load
I read the instructions, tried any other conceivable set up, but no matter what I could not load the thing. The rubbers were way too tight to even get close to getting it loaded properly/safely. I believe it would be a great little gun with the right rubbers on it though. Decided to return it.

first of all i had ordered a much smaller spear ...
first of all i had ordered a much smaller spear gun.second of all did not open right away as diving season was over,when trying to put gun together the line attachment from spear to gun is completely unable to work do to the fact the line interferes with the trigger machanism when you try to put it in the gun to load spear.would not reccomend to anyone!

Great product for the money
Great product for the money. I bought the gun for a shallow jetti and reef gun as an alternative to my big 3 band guns. And was so impressed I have started taken it to dive open water. Shoots very accurate and has plenty of power. I've shot everything from sheapshead to decent size cobia and cudas.

The handle is poorly made and tying the string to the bottom of the shaft poorly designed but it was $100 so
