Low Calorie
This has 4 g of sugar to a teaspoon and 15 calories. It's recommended that you only have 50 g of added sugar per day according to the World Health Organization. I use about a teaspoon on my oatmeal which makes for a delicious meal. This Trader Joes Organic sugar is finer than another brand I tried. Am happy with the texture and taste. Like the self-closing pouch which keeps it fresh. As I don't get to Trader Joe's too often, it's convenient to buy this on Amazon.

It’s good
I bought this sugar based on the reviews, I couldn’t see the nutritional label on it because there is only a pic on the front of the bag, it contains palm sugar.Anyway,I want to add that is one of the best coconut sugars I’ve ever tried, and it’s hard to find good coconut sugar.

Little slow on arriving and it was packed with other things that had some substance but not from this container. Weird

DO NOT BUY from this seller!
I received the product today and it had an expiration date from two years ago. And it says it is not eligible for a return.

Convenient way to get coconut sugar.
It was just as I expected -- delicious! TJ's is not particularly close to my home and my local stores do not carry coconut sugar. I was so glad to see it listed here. Packaging was strong and even though the sugar itself is in a plastic pouch, there was no damage. Would certainly order again.

Nice product
Only problem was that coconut sugar is so readily available in stores anymore.

Not for me
So I thought I'd try something different. Coconut sugar smells good and has the consistency close to brown sugar. I purchased it intending to use in iced tea but there is lots of "sediment" so I did not find it suitable for drinks. If you don't like things floating in your beverages, you won't like it either. It may be great for baking/cookin perhaps......
