Well, I loved the look of it when I took it out of the package although there is an obvious pattern that is not in the picture, but when I put it on, the bottom edge especially in back rode up a bit, very uncomfortably, and left a little bit of behind uncontrolled, so to speak. Then I noticed that although the tummy section was fine and tight, the waist itself was loose-ish and rolled down a bit and I kept pulling it up trying to adjust it. I actually thought I was buying the same Flexee brief firm control that I used to buy at Costco, which was wonderfully firm and comfortable and still wear even though it's falling apart. So although this product looks very nice, it is unexpectedly substandard (as is so much else these days). Of course it's unreturnable since I tried it on but then how would I be able to leave a review if I didn't try it on?

If you're looking for a comfortable and pretty panty girdle with firm control that fits smoothly under your clothes, then this is it. This is my third pair of this style.I purchased it this time in black along with the Flexees Women's Instant Slimmer Firm Control Waistnipper #6868 and was pleasantly surprised to notice that the jacquard fabric was more pronounced in black. I was pleased to discover that it totally got rid of my pooch and firmed up my tushy very nicely. This control brief along with the waistnipper allowed me to get back into a very elegant straight dress that I had almost given up on. It looks good under fitted clothes and slacks.I find the control brief to be quite comfortable even after wearing all day despite the fact of it's firm control. It doesn't bind, roll or pinch my waist. It also provides good support for my lower back which I find important since I spend so much time sitting in front of a computer for my job.

Great quality however felt a bit uncomfortable, I plan on buying another but I will go a size up.

I thought its the right size. But it was smaller. I purchased medium it fits like its extra small. And dont want to waste my time to send it back. Its good quality but i hope the sizing has better description

I gave this a 5 star rating for several reasons. This only way to get a small size is to order it on line. Amazon has the cheapest price, just about half the price of other places to order. Best of all, this strong little brief (girdle) in size small is perfect for slimmer people with a bigger tummy; it will hold it in, and that is the reason I need a small. My size for skirts/pants is size 10 or 12. I was so happy to find them here.

This was too small. For reference I am 5'4" and 135lbs. I got this in a medium and immediately regretted it. It was nice and smoothing up until it got to my bra. A lot of you can probably imagine my confusion because it was nice and slimming and then there was just an inch of fat at the top. It's almost like it just pushed my belly up. If I were you I would definitely size up. It was very comfortable but too small.

I am 5'2", 132 lb, generally fit and muscular but the extra weight I do have I carry in my middle, and my pelvis is narrow, so I'm the same width all the way down. When wearing these briefs I have a waist. It compresses and doesn't just shove all the fat down lower, so my whole stomach is noticeably flatter with it on. The leg holes do not bind or pinch, it never rolls down, and in general it is as comfortable as could be expected for something that visibly changes the shape of my body. I do notice the waistband digging into me, especially after wearing it for a few hours, but wearing it all day is not really a problem even though I have a fairly low tolerance for clothing-related discomfort. It doesn't create rolls of fat above itself, but there is a visible indentation where the waistband is, which disappeared when I wore it with/under the body-shaping tank by the same brand.If you are a pear shape, rather than an apple like me, you might or might not like the results for your hips and/or butt; I couldn't say.Ladies: when reviewing clothes, PLEASE give information on your body type!
