I remember my dad watching Harold Easley’s, “Gone Fishin’” as a kid, so that’s why I tried this breading - and it is the best coating for fish and onion rings that I’ve ever used. Ever. It’s so easy to use, and is already seasoned - and deeeeelicious!

Fish coating mix
I have been using this product for years. Not flavored or spicy like some of the others, which allows the flavor of the fish come through. Really good for coating fish. Also good on chicken, pork chops, etc.
