Small, Quiet, and affordable
I bought the cool mist humidifier and so far so good. I like how small it is, as I use it for my son's bedroom, and the price was great. We normally buy everything from Costco, but the only option they have right now was $75, and I just didn't want to spend that for a second humidifier for the house. I had to move his original one into the baby's room. The buttons on the front are very sensitive, such a light touch turns it on/off. I would have never figured out that there was a timer button unless I pulled out the instruction manual. I also would have never figured out the nightlight option, as I am use to having separate buttons for all of those functions, but I don't mind reading the instructions. I like how simple it is to use.Thank you for the great product!I rate it at a 5 out of 5.

Pull Your Dog Off the Ceiling
Do I have your attention? Static cling is miserable for pets. Fido isn’t supposed to walk around the house with your sock clinging to his side. Have mercy. It’s true that overly dry air in the home affects the quality of life for our pets, I’ve chosen to write a review because of dry air and the affects on my quality of life. Sorry, Fido. I’m reviewing the Anypro Cool Mist Humidifier because of my experience with the product and benefits. NOTE: I have not been asked to review this product. I was not given a coupon, discount or free unit in return for my review. I paid the full asking of $29.99 for the half gallon unit. I’m proving a review, because I rely heavily on the reviews of others when making my purchase choices, and I wish to offer my product reviews for the benefit of others. Also, I live a rather dull life.Original Review Date 11/19/2018I have moderate to severe keratoconjunctivitis sicca, dryness of the cornea and conjunctiva, with episodes of irritation so severe that my vision is blurred, and occasionally, I’m unable to open my eyes for more than a few minutes. While visiting my adult son out of state last week, I again struggled with enjoying conversations while engaging in eye-to-eye contact. My son suggested humidity and brought his Anypro Quiet Cool Humidifier into the room. After using it overnight for two nights, I could keep my eyes open for longer periods without the terrible burning and pain and blurred vision. I liked the features of Anypro design, so when I returned home, I ordered the tabletop version.PROSI like the engineering.•Moisture didn’t accumulate on my side table.•It’s motor is very quiet. At three feet away from my ear, the only sound I hear is the movement of the water, which sounds to me like water gently moving over rocks in a lazy brook.•The night light can be turned off. Turned on, light is just bright enough to see the on/off button. Otherwise, it’s not intrusive.•The humidity direction is adjustable without moving the entire humidifier.•Although I don’t personally have a need for a higher mist output, the humidifier has two mist settings.•I soooo appreciate that the designer did not include an audible alarm to indicate that the humidifier is low or empty. I don’t need to be awakened in the night to a beeping, honking, screeching or ringing humidifier.•My husband cannot fall asleep easily when ANY noise is present. This unit has a timer that could be set to start after we’ve fallen asleep. I haven’t used this feature, because our sleep schedules differ.•The tabletop version is compact, easy to store, and easy to clean, fill and refill, because the size is more manageable for my arthritic hands. The tank lid doesn’t need to be tightened so firmly that I can’t get it on/off easily, because the gasket is sufficient to keep the water from leaking.•It’s not visually displeasing. It’s not shaped like a cartoon character for children, nor does it shout, Sick people live here!” It could be more attractive, but I doubt aesthetics makes the list of objectives for any brand when designing a humidifier.•There is a one-year warranty with a customer support email contact.CONS•Even on the lowest setting, the mist output is a bit too high for my preference.Disclaimer: I haven’t had the unit long enough to provide a review of use, durability and quality of materials and workmanship over time. I will return to update my review should I deem it beneficial to prospective buyers.I’m trusting that the Anypro Cool Mist Humidifier will be the best choice for my humidifying needs. I’m grateful to my son (not a doctor, but an engineer) for suggesting humidity as a solution in combination with medical treatment. I’m hopeful that humidity will be a long term solution for my eye problems, and possibly also asthma, sinus and headache problems, itchy dry skin and static cling.About me: I’m a graduate of Michigan State University with a BS in Family and Consumer Resources. Best nights sleep in forever.
I never write reviews but I feel compelled to do so this time. I absolutely love this humidifier. It's the best one that I've ever owned (and I've had quite a few). Don't think I'll have to look any further and let me tell you why.1. It doesn't take up much room.2. Very quiet3. I can actually see the midst coming out, so there's no guessing if it works.4. Automatically shut off when the water runs out.5. Has a night light, 2 settings (high and low), and a timer.I'm pretty sure there are other reasons why I like this humidifier, but the main reason is because my 18 month old has been sleeping all night without waking up asking for milk due to having a dry mouth. Now I've only had this humidifier for 2 nights but these have been the best 2 nights I've had in forever it seems.

Would not repurchase
This is my first humidifier and it's super annoying. You literally can not lift the water container to refill without water dripping all over the place...that's a pretty major design flaw... And figuring out how to turn the blue light on and off should be more intuitive than it is. I noticed a lot of the reviews for this product are mixed up with an essential oil diffuser too. It's a shame, because if they were separate then the reviews for the humidifier would be a lot lower and people wouldn't mistakenly purchase such a crappy product. One good thing though, it is very quiet and I like that you can adjust which direction the mist goes.. not fully adjustable angle wise but you can swivel it left or right.

NEW MODEL: MINIATURIZED!
So, this was my second reorder of this product, because it used to be good. It is now half the size, has greatly reduced output, and is set on a timer to shut off after 6 hours or less. No LED lights for the kids. Only two vapor settings: weak and weaker. It now has a DC adapter cord, which would make it easier to move and clean, but the bad far outweighs the good. They should have cut the price in half, because it’s not half the product it used to be. Photos of the new and old are included, for comedic effect. The second photo shows the volume of water the new one holds, but inside the old one.

It works, design could be improved
I do like this humidifier, it does what it says. It has 2 settings, low and high. High will get things wet around it, low is my preferred setting. It also has a glowing blue light option. And a flap at the top for essential oils. I’ve never used that part, but it works. My only issue is with the design. The oval makes it a little harder to fill with water. I usually hold it at an angle at the sink to refill. The other thins is after months of use, if you don’t clean it regularly, it will start to grow a reddish layer or residue. I cleaned mine after I first noticed it (6months after purchase) with a little dish soap and water then ran vinegar for a bit and it is as new. It wasn’t difficult to clean. And I will say, all my humidifiers have required cleaning maintenance, so this is not a problem for me. All in all I feel happy with my purchase. If I could change one thing would just be the shape, just because oval is ackward to refill. But it looks nice in my room.
