This is a game changer. If like me you are relying on expressing to feed you're baby breast milk, I wouldn't use a pump without it now. The bra is like a really strong boob tube with slits that hold the breast shields in place. When used properly it increases the amount of milk I use. For a while at first it felt a little loose and the bottles sagged and I didn't seem to have as much milk. Then I realised rather than doing it up at the back with the Velcro, note how many segments along the Velcro strap you measure then join the Velcro up 1 segment tighter. Undo the zip at the front and put it on doing the zip up. This will make it nice and tight. Then put the breast shields in the circular slots. I find this really holds them in place and evenly seals around the breast. The holder comes with bra straps if you feel you need them, although I didn't. The front has an extra panel you can zip in if you are bigger as the holder fits a range of sizes. Really well made of good sturdy fabric. Couldn't live without it now!

It's impressively adjustable for the perfect fit, good quality and works well. Anyone who's tried double-pumping probably found you need three hands to be able to hold the two flanges and control the pump so it can be very frustrating. This takes the stress out of double pumping and makes it possible. (I didn't get on with double-pumping at first but found it invaluable once back at work and under pressure to get loads done, it freed me up to work while I expressed but only with the help of this product).

I have difficulty with breast feeding & don't seem to be able to breastfeed any of my babies100%, so I have to express to try & produce as much as I can. I get depressed doing it as I can't get on with things, but this clever device has been my life saver this time round, and in fact I am expressing now as I am writing this. As long as I am near a plug socket for the breast pump I can get on with the ironing, catch up on my computer, eat my meals and anything else that I need my hands & arms free for. I have a Large bust at 36K whilst breast feeding and the large size in this although a little snug was fine, and I found that being tight actually helped with the support of the bandeau style. I have an ARDO pump and the breast shells fitted fine creating a secure vacuum. I highly recommend this product.

The bra is pretty easy to use and reasonably comfortable, and as it fits tightly the the breast shields are held against the breast well and no suction is lost. This is it's biggest flaw however. To get the breast shields held against the breast well enough you have to fit it so tightly that it compresses the breast - making it very easy to get clogged ducts. I have learnt the hard way not to use it to pump more than a couple of times a day, and make sure to have at least one pumping session without this bra in between to make sure any clogs are drained before they can build up. Overall its a pretty good product if used sparingly.

Fab product to help hands free double pumping. Wouldn't wear it out and about as I need more support, but works well while attache to pump. Used it with Spectra and Medela Swing. I am 42HH and size 26 and fits me due to massive velcro adjustment panel and adjustable straps. Washes well. Only wear while expressing as need proper bra otherwise. 1st time fitting a bit fiddly, so got other half to help. Once straps/velcro set in place, just use front zip to get it off/on.

Holds the pumps in place well, but there are a number of fairly rigid material seams on the inside, which I personally found led to sections of the breast not emptying properly leading to pain bracause the seams put pressure on parts of the breast. I had to pull the top of the bra away during pumping to allow the milk to flow out of those areas which was annoying. I have since replaced it with a much softer bra with no hard seams and the breasts now empty evenly.

This is an ok product, does the job, but doesn't offer much support and is a bit uncomfortable at times. I have top heavy breasts and feel like I need to adjust a bit during pumping. Velcro scratches occasionally. With the bra my breastshieldd pinch the skin on my breasts. Package arrived mangled and dirty.

I love this bustier/bra. I use this with my Ameda Lactaline pump. I am exclusively pumping for twins, so spend a significant part of my day attached to the pump and I would be lost without this bra. It is so fantastic to be able to be handsfree while pumping!! It is a large fit so definitely pay attention to the size chart and order for your size specifically. The material is stretchy and very supportive, making this bra comfortable enough to wear all day. It is easy to attach the pump to it and I also find that it is quite modest, which makes it easier to pump in front of other people. Love this, seriously would be lost without this.

Le soutif pour aider à l'allaitement est très pratique! Par contre, la taille est juste mais impossible de deviner à l'avance! Mais sinon rien à redire.. sinon j'adore!

My original order went missing which left me nervous that I was going to get screwed, but Amazon refunded me and I decided to reorder. As someone who is plus sized with large breasts, I felt like my options were limited so I just hoped for the best the second time. The bra arrived on time and in great condition. It works perfectly for me, and I can pump entirely hands free which I wasn't sure would be the case even with this bra!

This is a GREAT pumping bra. Only concern is that the openings might be too close together for some women's breasts. It's very adjustable in the back. But the front only has a 1-inch adjustment panel, and then the material's ability to stretch. I'd say if your breasts are comfy with the nipples held at a distance of 5-12 inches apart, this bra will work. If 5-12 inches apart isn't a comfy place for your nipples, this bra may not work for you. I could imagine it not being a great fit if your breasts are quite far apart and also on the small side so you can't "pull" them closer to reposition. That said, I'm a medium size (5'6", 150 lbs, 36C) and I find it works AMAZINGLY. Snug and comfy. I use it with a Medela Pump In Style Advanced and it's perfectly compatible. Hands-free pumping is definitely the way to go!
