What an amazing book, even if you go through the index you will realize that it is the book which holds all the answers to questions which you keep asking yourself or search the web but still cant get definitive answers.It has the explanation and possible solutions for the problems which regular gym goers face, like unable to get definition in some muscle group or reason for doing some sets soneway.Different techniques to achive better resultHow muscles work and how they build up.It is so informative that i cant stop reading it but at the same time i want to stop and may be take notes because it is too much informartion to grasp in one go.I have been working out for years on and off, and I have also faces some issues like not able to get enough deginition in some mucle groups or having some muscle under developed than other. I have only read 30 pages till jow and skim through index and it feels like this is best book I got for fitness in years.I am glad that i got this book and suggest anyone for it.It van be informative for beginners but most useful for those who are working out for sometime now without much of in-depth knowledge about muscles and its recruitment.Close your eyes and get one, I am sure you wont be disappointed.
