If you really care about — living your finite life happily and productively and peacefully . . . This is the very right — book you must start reading. It’s only one page a day and believe me — it’s very enough !

To those who have anxiety, I recommend this!

This is a slow read. Each "chapter" has a date and is only 1 or 2 pages. It is meant to be read daily to create focus on key Stoic concepts. Definitely recommend for someone who wants daily inspiration and insight into our hectic lives.

It's a great introduction to Stoicism! True to what it says, in bite-size chunks, it's more absorbable.

本の内容自体はとても満足していて購入して正解でした！しかし、最初に送られてきた本は10ページ以上も箇所破れていたり、折り曲がったりしていて正直新品とは言い難かったです。出荷時に気づかなかったのでしょうか(^^; 返品を申し込むと翌日すぐもう一冊届けてもらいましたが、それも表紙が少し破れていました。確かに破れやすい品質のようなので仕方がないとは思いますが、やはり商品なので保管の仕方かなぁと思います。以上の理由でこの評価です。

非常に良いと思います。1日1話読む習慣が英語と哲学と両方に良い刺激を与えてくれると思います。

This book is perfect for anyone who wants a short read everyday.I never knew about Stoicism before I read this book.It gives you a daily positive reminder everyday of how to live your life as best as possible.Highly recommended.
