As long as you use the green oil prior to and after waxing and apply the thickness of a banana peel in very small segments, this is the easiest biking and face was I have ever used. I gave tp 3 of my waxing salons to use and they are ordering now.They should include extra sticks for application to prevent germ spreading

OK, this was a difficult one to rate. This was my first experience with waxing and I expected that there might be some discomfort and/or pain. I also noted other users saying how messy it was to use, yep that it was however, it did indeed remove the unwanted hairs (above lip). On the other hand the pain was excruciating! I am hardly a wimp but this was so painful when removing it that my eye's watered something fierce from the pain. It looked like I was crying. It didn't leave any red marks and it removed 99% of all unwanted hairs. Only a few remained to be plucked. I would use this again if it wasn't for the pain. It does say to press on the skin afterwards to lessen the pain but that is only temporary relief. Four hours later, it was still painful but to the point I could ignore it easily. Too bad, I really like how well it works but don't know if I'll use it again due to the pain. Plucking is far less painful for me.

I have been using this product for almost 2 decades. It is easy to use and saves time and money from going to the salon. It pays for itself in 1-2 uses. This product is used in is 3-4 easy steps: heat and stir, apply, and remove. I put a paper towel under it in the microwave and on the counter in case it bubbles over or if the wax drips down the side of the container. I recommend it for any body area/application except eyebrow shaping. For shaping, I suggest a professional.

This product works well and does not break me out as many other similar products have done. The one 'con' I can state is the color, which is reminiscent of something out of your nose... interesting effect when little bits of wax are left behind (under the nose where people wax), especially if you don't notice it for a while.

It worked great on my eyebrows and mustache, it took a while to get the wax to melt at the right consistency, but it's just a matter of knowing your microwave and learning how long it takes the first time you use this product. If it's too watery, just let it cool down till its creamy and it doesn't burn your skin. It did hurt a little, it is suppose to hurt so don't let those negative reviewers turn you off from buying, because it hurt them.... Follow the instructions and the pain goes away fast. I recommend this product.

It is taking ten minutes in the microwave for the wax to get soft enough to apply.

The hot wax works better for me then the wax strips I was using. The strips are good for peach fuzz but this wax is good for tougher hairs. It does take practice to not be messy. I could use more little wooden paddles in the kit.
