My table length is 60”, meaning the mat would overhang 5” on each side. Would this still work or be too annoying?

It would be annoying in my opinion, because the rubber has enough resistance that it wouldn’t just lie down the sides. If you duct taped it underneath the table, it may work.

I would think yes, it’s a foam soft feel pad so it would definitely reduce the sound of dice.
