What I wished that I knew BEFORE I SPENT 1 179.00 DOLLARS THAT I the customer would have to pay for RETURN SHIPPING IF THERE IS A PROPLEM WITH THEIR POS BBQ!! I bought this BBQ for a birthday gift for myself!! EVERYONE PLEASE READ THE RETURN POLICIY VERY IMPORTANT TO KNOW IF YOU ARE GOING TO GET SCREWED!! I USED IT ONCE AND THE LID puckered so bad with what I would term a BIG HUGE WART ON THE LID!! What a HUGE DISAPOINTMENT! Because I DIDNT READ THE RETURN POLICY thinking that I could just return it to Amazon if there was a problem!! Just guess how much it cost for send it back to the THIEFS THAT MADE IT 220.00 dollars!! I do feel RIPPED OFF!! TOO BAD BEST BUYER WONT STAND BY THEIR PRODUCT!! SHAMEFUL COMPANY!!

This barbecue gas stove is very good. lt can be used for charcoal grilling and gas grilling, it also has wheelsunderneath. lt is very suitable for family barbecues. lt is very convenient. it looks very good and is easy toinstall! l like it very much and recommend it to everyone!

December 2025 Review! Great value!
Received and put this Grill together myself. Found that the lid is NOT a perfect fit on the Griddle side - not all that bad but worth noting (manufacturer we believe put them on backwards). All tools and hardware were included so no issue there unlike other reviews - it does include a screwdriver Phillips head and tiny wrench if needed. It's taller than I anticipated from other reviews and I am happy about that - I'm 5'3 and it’s around my hips. Grease trap COULD be bigger and better - this will do for now though! I was surprised it came as fast as it did (not a complaint of course). Got it before Yule for my Husband. The directions can be confusing but take your time with it. Learn from me and be vigilant on the legs... I took them apart several times to get it right. We have not used the product yet but will update if I find any issues and adjust the rating accordingly. For those who have never used a griddle before, MAKE SURE YOU SEASON IT AFTER ITS FULLY HEATED!! There are videos online for this. We will season ours when we use it for the 1st time. Hope this review helps others! Great starter griddle for those like me who cannot afford a Blackstone. Also, note that the charcoal grill itself doesn’t have cast iron grates - this is a false claim from the promo photos. Just so yall are aware. Would still repurchase though.

Solid grill for the price
Has held up nicely after 6 months and a few uses plus a tough winter. The times I used it worked very well. Wish it was just a little bigger.
