The handle broke it pieces after one hour of use! The heat coming from the unit is sporadic and actually burned my clients; luckily they didn’t sue me! And then to add insult to injury I get a $25 bill from FEDEX for a duty tax. And then I get a second bill from Fed ex for duty tax for $25.50. ($50.50 total duty tax paid for an item that broke within the first hour of use). This product is GARBAGE and the after bills just keep coming!) DONT BUY THIS PRODUCT FROM THIS SELLER. I tried contacting them the next day and after 10 days I just called Amazon customer service to complain. They reimbursed me but I still had to pay FedEx. What a major HEADACHE AND HASSLE!!!!!!

Powerful. Adjustable frequency. Depth of massage area is adjustable by the frequency. I had a question and the company wrote back from India. It turned out machine was perfect, the wand MUST be kept moving or it feels like a shock! It's not a shock, it's the machine producing heat inside, so you must keep it moving. Once we understood this, the machine has been perfect. Thank you for contacting me , for your great unit and excellent packaging. Frequency from lower than .1 mhz to 3.0 mhz for more shallow or deeper tissue massage. Use with ultrasound gel. The instruction manual is good. Just keep the wand moving in little circles. It does not feel like a massager, but it works very effectively for issues we have.

I’m a physical therapist. This equipment doesn’t show the specific precautions when applying this treatment. This is a modality that has some contraindications. It’s a great pain reliever but requires adequate knowledge for proper use. It is harmful if you don’t have the training.

Nice little machine, packaged well. Appreciate safety features, no juice until timers set safely. Only issue is there are no directions or "google" /web page info for how the handle fixture pad mount is mounted. I simply put the juice handle into provided mount, and have it lay on top.....picture shows it on the side but no directions (pic doesn't show well enough). Overall,Good product for the price.
