My mother loves peppermint Chex mix made with these chips!

I could not find these in the store. It was nice when I could order them from Amazon. I like keeping them in the freezer and able to have them on on hand when I make a cheese cake dessert.

I bought these for a class project and I am overjoyed with the quality.

Love them. Mix them into Chocolate cookies all the time and I make special cookies during the holidays with them. Love them as they are 'different' from chocolate or white baking chunks.

Well, let me see it could’ve been package better. One full package was completely melted. Still, I can still use it for baking, so it’s OK.

two of the peppermint chips were fine, but the third obviously had been melted and solidified and is unusable for my purposes...unfortunately, there are no returns, either

I wanted to find peppermint chips that had the same consistency as chocolate chips, not crushed peppermint. These are the ONLY products I could find and they are AWESOME. I almost hesitated to leave a review because I wanted to keep this secret all to myself so they don't run out! Crushed peppermint just hurts my teeth, so I was surprised I couldn't easily find these in the market. We use these for hot chocolate and in our coffee. The melt easily too, so they are perfect! I only found these at target and Amazon. At target they were reasonably priced, on Amazon, too pricey, but I bought them anyway because I ran out and that's how great they are!
